Most participants will arrive on Monday, the 4th of January and a welcome reception is planned for that evening at the Rockpool cafe (located on site). Talks are scheduled from Tuesday 5th to Thursday 7th, and the Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday evening with a conference dinner proceeding.
