Registration
The A. J. Guttmann prize will be awarded for the best talk by a student or recent graduate (PhD completed in 2013). Please indicate if you are eligible on the registration form.
A Welcoming Reception will be held on Tuesday, November 26 commencing at 5 pm. Attendance is free for registered participants. Additional tickets can be purchased for guests at a cost of $35 per person.
The conference dinner will be held on the evening of Thursday, November 28, at the Cracked Pepper Brasserie and Bar. There will be a buffet for a cost of $65 per person. Students are eligible for a discounted dinner of $45. Please advise of special dietary requirements on the registration form.

Payment
Payment is due by Friday, October 25.
If you are from The University of Melbourne, Mrs Kerry Hill will contact you to ask for the details of the Themis account from which the fee is being paid.
For everyone else, please pay the conference fee at the Faculty of Science e-cart.
