The program is full and we are no longer accepting abstracts. However, if you wish to attend (without giving a talk) we are happy to accept new registrations - please fill out and return the registration form: MCreg.pdf.
Technical comments.
This pdf file can be filled in electronically, and has been tested with Adobe Acrobat Pro (v9.3.1), Adobe Acrobat Reader (v9.3.0), Preview on MacOS 10.5 (note that text boxes are not visible; also, this does not work for 10.4), and acroread and evince on linux.
Unless you have Adobe Acrobat Professional installed, the filled in form cannot be saved, but it is straightforward to fill in the form and then print to a pdf file. Alternatively, print out the blank form and fill it in by hand, then either fax or mail it in accordance with the instructions in the document.
